Service Provider Terms
- 1 Point connects customers to service providers but is not the provider.
- Service providers are fully responsible for any damages or incidents during work.
- We support legal action if a customer refuses to pay or threatens a provider.
- Payments collected through 1 Point belong to the provider and are claimable any time.
- Poor performance or fraud may result in removal from the platform.
- Bypassing the platform by sharing personal contacts leads to ₹5000 fine and account ban.
